The project provides a detailed analysis of the territory, its potential and problems, points of attraction, cycling and walking routes, transport accessibility. The concept involves the creation of an eco-zone, a cultural zone and a family leisure zone. The project includes proposals for the development of longitudinal and transverse connections, the creation of walking areas near the water, a multi-level embankment with descents to the water, landscaping and year-round pavilions.
