The uniqueness of the project is the multi-level space of the coasts. There are three levels on each side of the river, each level has its own function: On the first - near the water - there will be islands with different zones: quiet, sports, children’s, exhibition, concert. There will be playgrounds, food stalls, coworkings, amphitheaters for performances or performances, and much more. The second level is pedestrian, the third is bicycle paths. The project emphasizes and develops the significance of places of historical significance and potential (Viaduct, Spaso-Andronnikov Monastery, Crystal Factory, Smirnov winery mansion and Stroganovs dacha)
